I made this with almond milk, what I usually have on hand and enjoyed it! My mango wasn't really sweet, so I added a tbls. of honey. Thanks! Made for Australian Swap-Feb. 2010.

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Peel, deseed mango and dice.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
