  1. Peel and cut the bananas into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Dip banana in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Roll them in dessicated coconut.

This is a a great easy & healthy snack or dessert. I used unsweetened desiccated coconut. I did find the lemon juice a little strong so next time will try with orange juice or maybe lime juice. Made for Every Day is a Holiday tag.

Very easy and would work equally well for a child's dessert as an elegant dessert for adults. I used both lemon and lime juice and garnished the top of the bananas with lime and lemon zest (which I would probably omit if serving to children.) Added a very light sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg. Reviewed for Veg Swap/Tag July.
