"I made these muffins when my cocoa powder was used up and some bananas were left not eaten. My husband loves the smell as they were cooking and of course eating them!"

I have a 1 1/2 year old baby girl (very vibrant and happy little girl). She used to have eczema but after her first birthday her eczema was gone - I used to rub her (all over - head to toe) with virgin coconut oil (the best remedy for her). I am taking a one year-work leave to take care of her and I have more time to cook at the moment. I love trying new recipes and my husband is my authorized tester.
