A great salad with rose petals. Pretty and flavorful

  1. In a skillet, heat the oil and stir-fry the mustard seeds for about ten seconds.
  2. Add the garlic and continue frying for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. When the oil is cold, mix with the ginger and rose-flavored vinegar and then add to the prepared vegetables.
  5. Season to taste
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with rose petals.
