A easy, tasty salad dressing. Try to use a good- quality balsamic vinegar since it is the main flavor.
- Mix well and toss desired amount with salad greens or in a pasta salad.
- Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator.
Simple vinaigrettes are probably the best dressings for leafy salads. This one was simple and good. I did add two minced garlic cloves though. I think all vinaigrettes need some fresh garlic in it. Thanks SF Girl

Too oily for my taste, and I could hardly taste the vinegar. I'm a vinegar lover, so that was a disappointment.
