Balsamic Strawberries

"Want something different with your strawberries? Sick of the same old stuff...test this one, it's a sure winner! And it could be pretty fancy for a dinner party! Top with yoghurt, cream or a slice of ice cream."

ingredients

• 250 g strawberries
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Splenda granular

directions

1. slice strawberries thinly.
2. mix vinegar and splenda in pan on a warm heat.
3. add sliced strawberries and mix.
4. pour into bowl.
5. add icecream, yoghurt or cream on side.
