Balsamic Steaks

"I received a bottle of "Newman's Own" organic balsamic vinegar for Christmas this year. I was looking for some recipes to try it with and came across this old newspaper clipping. I made the steak last night and it was really good! (Although the recipe calls for cooking on the stove, we chose to grill ours.)"

  1. I thought this was pretty good if a little sweet (salt fixed that for me) but the boyfriend kinda shrugged & said 'eh'. Not bad but we prefer spicier dry rubs for rib eye.

Our family moved to Florida from New York in the 90's, so I've brought not only many of the recipes my family has passed down, but have learned to cook some great Southern dishes as well.? When I found RZ, it opened up a whole new world of cooking -- cuisine from different countries, tried-and-true family hand-me-down recipes, and some interesting and delicious dishes I would never have found on my own.
