This made a great salad dressing for a garden salad (with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and chopped cucumber), which we had for lunch. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of our salads. But I used the Balsamic Spritzeer again this evening to spritz our steamed broccoli, and I was able to snap a photo before it disappeared in no time once the "dinner bell" was rung. It was exceptional on the steamed broccoli and dressed it up a notch. It's a great alternative to the bottled salad dressings. (The spritzer bottle isn't easy to see, but a bit of it can be seen in the upper right corner.) Thanks for a great recipe, KateL.
