Started with fresh spinach, but otherwise followed the recipe. Dh just loved the sauteed garlic slivers and I really enjoyed the balsamic vinegar. Even having to steam the spinach first, it took less than 10 minutes to make.
Used fresh baby spinach and eye balled all the ingedients. Wonderful and easy.

Very tasty easy recipe. I used roasted garlic so no need to pan fry it, omitted oil, doubled the garlic. It only took minutes to make the recipe. Served with roasted pork tenderloin. Great dinner
Made with a quality balsamic, this is quite good and wonderfully easy. I used a fraction of the olive oil. Will make again.

Oh-so-delicious! I left out the garlic but added toasted pine nuts. Simple and flavorful, the perfect complement to our honey garlic pork chops and a pasta pilaf. Wonderful! Will make this again!!
Very simple and tasty. Used 10 ounces of fresh spinach instead of frozen and recipe came out great.
