We like our salad dressing tart but you may want to add a little more sugar if that suits your family's tastes
- 3⁄4 cup tomato juice
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well.
- Store in a refrigerator.
