- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 egg whites (for emulsification)
- Blend all ingredients except shallots and garlic- add separately.
I halved this recipe and used green onion instead of shallot. I felt it needed a little thickening so added more olive oil and then added a little more honey too cause I like mine a little sweeter. All in all this was very good! Thanks Miller!
