Very easy marinade, I cut the marinade in half to marinade 1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts. AMAZING!! Although I should note that I substituted Garam Marsala for the Paprika, which I'm sure makes quite a differecnce in the taste. (I was out of Paprika, so I chose what seemed to be the best substitute I had on hand.) I marinated for 24 hours and broiled 7 minutes on each side. Turned our excellent - by far the best chicken I have ever made. My guests were very impressed at how moist, tender and flavorful it was.
