Make and share this Balsamic Martini from Tahiti recipe from Food.com.
- 1 1⁄3 ounces vodka
- 2 3⁄4 ounces strawberry puree
- 1⁄3 of an ounce balsamic vinegar
- 2⁄3 of an ounce dry vermouth
- In a blender (or mixer), half fill with ice.
- Add the vodka, Martini dry, strawberry purée and the balsamic vinegar.
- Mix all the ingredients into a frozen cocktail (20 seconds).
- Pour into a Margarita glass.
- Decorate at your choice.
