  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning

  • Put all ingredients in a gallon storage (or freezer) zipper bag. Shake to blend. Add steaks and marinate for at least 4 hours.

  1. I made this based on boomette's recommendation. I did do it a little differently, in that I greatly reduced the amount of olive oil, used all the balsamic vinegar, and used Southern Seasoning instead of Montreal Steak Sauce (just personal preference). Also, I sprinkled the ingredients over the steaks (after I pierced them with a fork so the marinade would penetrate), rubbed it in, and let it marinade for about an hour. Then I let them sit at room temperature while my grill got hot. So glad I came upon this in I recommend game....these steaks were perfect.
     
  2. This is a great marinade. So easy to do. I like marinades that use montreal steak seasoning. Our steak was in the marinade at least 4 hours. Thanks Leezah4 :) Made for Basement tag game
