- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 large vidalia onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 10 ounces balsamic vinegar, dressing (we prefer Newman's Own)
- Slice all veggies into large slices, put into a large bowl. Toss liberally with balsamic dressing. Transfer veggies to the grill basket (or you could use aluminum foil packets). Grill over medium heat to desired doneness (10-15 minutes for slightly al dente veggies).
Great veggies. I too used Newman's Balsamic dressing and loved the flavors in this good side dish. I baked mine for about 20 minutes since it was wet outside. Thanks for sharing thedixongang. Made for Fall PAC 2012.
Great and simple grilled veggies! Didn't use an onion, otherwise made as directed. I used Newman's Balsamic vinegar dressing (light) as you suggested and it was a great marinade for the veggies. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
