  • Allow salmon to rest 10 minutes at room temperature. In medium saucepan combine vinegar, wine, mustard, honey, rosemary, and garlic. Bring to boil then simmer over low heat to allow it to thicken. Remove from heat after thickened.
  • Season both sides of each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Heat a large non stick skillet over medium to high heat and add the canola oil. Add 2 salmon fillets once pan and oil are hot. Cook one side from 3-5 minutes or until brown and carefully flip over and brown the other side for another 3-5 minutes or until salmon is completely cook through.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the salmon and serve.
