from cooking light, this is a quick week day dinner
- spray a pan with cooking spray.
- salt& pepper the chops on both sides, and saute, about 5 minutes per side, remove from pan add balsamic vinegar to deglaze the pan, add honey and stir to thicken.
- add chops back to pan to coat with sauce.
A nice change from plain pork chops. A bit on the sweet side. They do come out tender and have a wonderful carmel coloring.

Great! Simple and easy the honey and the balsamic is a perfect combo. Even tasted good on the green beans. I will definatly make this again.
