Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season both sides of salmon with salt and cracked pepper. Add salmon to skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey. Add vinegar mixture to skillet and simmer until fish is fork tender and liquid reduces and thickens, about 2 minutes.

easy to make - but didn't suit my taste.

I've actually made this twice now and I thought I had already reviewed it. Very quick, easy and delicious. Tonights dinner included steamed artichokes, and what I call fiesta corn which is mixed corn and veggies.
