- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Combine mayo and dressing in medium bowl.
- Add chicken, peppers and onions; mix lightly.
- Spoon over spinach covered serving plate; top with cheese.
