Balsamic Beef or Pork Marinade

A delicious tangy marinade that is wonderful on either meat.

If your using pork I would suggest not pouring the marinade all over and probably not basting the skin part otherwise you might have issues with getting the skin nice and crispy.

  1. Place meat in a shallow glass dish.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour over the meat, using about 1/2 cup per lb of meat.
  4. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the meat and place the marinade in a small saucepan.
  6. Boil for about 1 minute and then grill the meat, basting frequently with the marinade.
