Wow! These are so good. It is time consuming but a blast to make. I have extra syrup left that I'm sure will be put to good use. DH and I enjoyed watching the sizzling when the syrup is poured over the baklava. I used all walnuts. These taste just like the kind a friend gives us every Christmas and she from Turkey so she really knows what shes doing. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2011.
