  1. Boil potatoes until almost done.
  2. Don't cook too long or they will be mushy.
  3. Peel and cut into slices or cubes.
  4. Combine potato, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
  5. Put in 13x9 pan.
  6. Top with bacon and sliced green olives.
  7. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
