- 8 cooked peeled potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 lb American cheese or 1 lb colby cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 lb partly chopped partly fried bacon (or bacos)
- 1⁄2 cup sliced stuffed olives
- Boil potatoes until almost done.
- Don't cook too long or they will be mushy.
- Peel and cut into slices or cubes.
- Combine potato, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
- Put in 13x9 pan.
- Top with bacon and sliced green olives.
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
