This recipe is adapted from Bisquick. Special thanks to WaterMelon.
- 2 cups baking mix (can use WaterMelon's Low Fat Bisquick Substitute.)
- 1 1⁄3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- Stir ingredients until blended.
- Pour into center of hot greased waffle iron and close lid.
- Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
