One word...FABULOUS!!!!

The dates in these cookies bring them over-the-top good. Don't let the amount of ingredients scare you away, as these are so worth the effort of adding every single one. Thanks for a wonderful find!!!

Omigosh! These are sooo good!! I can't get grape nuts over here in South Africa so I used granola. I also left out the fruit. My family doesn't really go for dried fruit. I can't believe that these are healthy! I used ground almonds because of my 1 yr. old. I just buttered my baking sheets and they came out fine. I think we liked them best a little overdone and crunchy.

My family loves this cookie. The grape nuts cereal give them a great texture. Will be making them often! Thanks!

I saw this recipe in the morning and made TWO batches of it within the next three hours! I hoped that once done, they'd be perfect for my daughter at Uni, but once I tasted them, I knew that they'd also be incredible gifts for local friends (and us), too! Very satisfying to eat; one will fill you up in no time. And I've been in love with dates since early childhood, so that was a real bonus. Thank you, CoffeeB, for recommending this lovely cookie!
