As much as it is very simple to make, it is very tasty. Great warm or cold.
- 3 cups zucchini (chopped small pieces)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- fresh dill (lots) or dried dill (lots)
- All to be mixed and spread in oiled Pyrex dish.
- Heat oven to 350°F and add 1/2 cup of more shredded cheese along with paprika and bake for almost 1 hour.
This is really good; I did leave out the 1/2 cup of oil as there was enough moisture without it.
