We loved these! We'll be having them all summer. I used a sandwich baggie and put some olive oil, a pinch of basil and a pinch of oregano in it to make it easier to get it all over the zucchini. So yummy!
This recipe was AMAZING! I just started liking zucchini and made this as a side and it turned out great. I used olive oil instead of butter and was generous on the cheese. The parmesan gets super crunchy - this recipe could be used as a finger food for a party or as a side. My boyfriend loves them!
This recipe was really good and easy to make. I baked the zucchini on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes then transferred them into a baking dish and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and baked for another 5-7 minutes.
Very easy!!! I used olive oil and added in some crushed garlic. There were a few left over after dinner but I gobbled them up!
Simple and easy to prepare. The flavours and textures wasn't something that appealed to me much. I don't have much experience with zucchini and was expecting something that would crisp up more, and when it didn't I overcooked them. Live and learn. lol.
These were excellent!! We used fresh oregano from our garden. We halved the recipe since there was only the two of us. We used olive oil instead of butter. Watch your cooking time, as ours turned out a little over done, but still delicious. Next time, I will reduce the cooking time and maybe try some Panko bread crunbs on top. Really yummy Kaarin....Thank you!!
Loved it! I'm so glad I found this recipe because it gets my husband to eat some vegetables! They turned out great and I used olive oil to be more healthy. Thanks Kaarin!
I just love any form of roasted veggies! and this is another one for my list!
Loved it! I didn't know zucchini could taste that good!
