    Baked Velveeta Cheese Grits

    Prep Time: 10 mins

    Total Time: 50 mins

    1. 1 Set oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2 Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    3. 3 Bring water to a boil in a saucepan; add in the grits, cook stirring often for about 5 minutes or until thickened, remove from heat.
    4. 4 Add in the cubed Velveeta cheese and butter; stir to combine until the cheese and butter has melted.
    5. 5 Add in eggs; mix until combined.
    6. 6 Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
    7. 7 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (as much as desired).
    8. 8 Bake for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
