  1. slice tops off tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
  2. set asice shells.
  3. mix tomato pulp with rest of ingredients.
  4. carefully stuff mixture into shells.
  5. dot with butter.
  6. bake in buttered baking dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
