- 4 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄2 breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Preheat the oven to 250F.
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
- Herb butter:.
- Chop fresh basil and garlic finly.
- Mix all herb butter ingredients well.
- Fill seeded tomato halves with herb butter mixture.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the colour of the top goes lightly brown.
