  1. Place fish filets in a baking dish.
  2. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add tomato or tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer for 10 minute.
  5. Season with herbs and pepper.
  6. Pour sauce over fish.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
