Yummo! This was such an easy and delicious side dish to go with a steak and recipe#7875#7875. Made as written and I made the whole recipe so I had one to snack on later in the evening. I just warmed it a tad in the micro (not long at all). Thank you for submitting the recipe. Made for Zaar Alphabet Soup tag game.

We loved the topping on these baked tomatoes! The tops were quite crunchy because I had to us dry bread crumbs, they were all I had in. I used olive oil rather than butter, just to cut calouries a bit. wow, low cal, low carb and low sugar, can't beat that, fit right into the diet!! Thanks for posting one we will enjoy often.
