Baked Tofu

"I don't eat tofu too often, but when I do, this is the way I like to prepare it. I use organic sprouted tofu. You can serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables. Recipe from The Healthy Vegetarian, by Swami Satchidananda."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch slices and place them flat in an unoiled baking dish.
  • In a blender or small food processor, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture over the tofu and place uncovered in the oven.
  • Bake about 30 minutes.
