I don't eat tofu too often, but when I do, this is the way I like to prepare it. I use organic sprouted tofu. You can serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables. Recipe from The Healthy Vegetarian, by Swami Satchidananda.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch slices and place them flat in an unoiled baking dish.
  3. In a blender or small food processor, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture over the tofu and place uncovered in the oven.
  5. Bake about 30 minutes.
