You can use other type of fish, and also adapt the "crust" by adding your favorite herbs.

  1. In a well greased baking pan, add the milk and lemon juice. Place the fish on top of the milk.
  2. On a large frying pan, melt butter, add olive oil and onions, saute until onions are translucid. Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot.
