Quick, simple, and tasty. A nice recipe for a no fuss weeknight meal. We served it with Orzo With Roasted Vegetables (Barefoot Contessa).

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Place fillets on a baking sheet, flat side down; season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly over top of fillets.
  4. Sprinkle fish with parsley and dill.
  5. Bake until opaque throughout, about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
