Mmmm!! I really really liked this, the flavour was very good. I just made half the amount and I ate it all myself, I am embarrassed to say, but hey it was good so why not. I can't really describe the flavour, just that is was lovely and sweet and very tasty. I will be making this again, I haven't used a lot of sweet potatoes in the past, but I will rectify that now. Thank you for posting. Made for ZWT#6 2010.

Wow! What a lovely combination of tastes. As I was changing the number of servings, I decided to make this in my Pampered Chef small round baking stoneware. Came out beautiful. I love prunes, so this was especially delicious to me. Thnx for sharing another of your recipes, morgainegeiser. Made for the Voracious Vagabonds of ZWT 6.
