Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and lightly salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Roll dressing into a ball and place on top of shrimp, which have been cleaned and defined and placed in a shallow pan.
  3. Brush tops with lemon butter and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Serve with a wedge of lemon and tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.
  5. Recipe makes enough for a dozen serving size of 6 shrimp each.

Very good. I never thought I would say this about a stuffed shrimp recipe but I might a small amount of additional bread crumbs. I was fortunate to find head on US large 12 to lb shrimp so we could actuall split and stuff the shrimp. Good recipe nice balance of flavor. Well done.
