Grandma's simple and favorite recipe for fall/winter squash.

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Boil squash till done, mash and let cool.
  3. Add the eggs, butter, salt & pepper, sugar, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
  4. Add the grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake about 35 minute.
