  1. Thaw spinach.
  2. In a mason jar combine the milk and flour and shake well, no lumps.
  3. In a bowl combine the first 5 ingrediants.
  4. In a baking dish add the spinach mixture (spray with pam).
  5. sprinkle seasoned salt.
  6. sprinkle white pepper.
  7. cover top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake in oven covered at 325 for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake 7 more minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
