Excellent! The sauce was great. I left out the salt and it was perfect for us. I estimated the spices but the mixture was wonderful. It smelled sooooo good, was tender and juicy. The sauce reminded me of french onion soup. Thanks for a great recipe!

What an easy recipe. My only addition was a couple shakes of sage, DH loves sage on pork! The baking time was right on and the sauce was wonderful spooned over the chops. Thanks.

Very tasty and moist! Used less salt and no soy sauce, just the Worcheshire. Yummy over brown rice with green beans on the side.

This was very tasty, and the onions were such a great addition to the spices/blackening. Reccommend losing the worcestershire and/or soy-there's no need for the extra sodium.

This was easy to put together, and very tasty .. my 7 year old son loved it too. I didn't use the salt, because I'm not a big salt person .. Great recipe!
