Very easy to make. Perfect for kids who don't like meat, but will eat fruit or sweets.
- 1 (12 ounce) can Spam
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- water (or the pineapple juice from the can of pineapples)
- Melt the brown sugar with the pineapple juice in the oven.
- Add the pineapple chunks.
- Cut up the spam in slices,cut the slices in half lengthwise.
- Cook about 30 minutes or until hot.
Spam is very very high in sodium read the can for actual sodium contents using spam would not let this be a low sodium diet....
