  1. Melt the brown sugar with the pineapple juice in the oven.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks.
  3. Cut up the spam in slices,cut the slices in half lengthwise.
  4. Cook about 30 minutes or until hot.

Spam is very very high in sodium read the can for actual sodium contents using spam would not let this be a low sodium diet....
