- 236.59 ml chopped onion
- 236.59 ml chopped green pepper
- 453.59 g hamburger
- 14.79 ml margarine
- 793.78 g can tomatoes, with liquid
- 113.39 g can mushroom pieces, drained
- 63.78 g can sliced black olives, drained
- 9.85 ml dried oregano
- 340.19 g spaghetti noodles, cooked & drained
- 473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 304.75 g can mushroom soup
- 59.14 ml water
- 59.14 ml grated parmesan cheese
directions
- In a large skillet, saute onion, green pepper and hamburger in margarine. Drain.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Boil the spaghetti noodles and drain.
- Place half the spaghetti in greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
- Top with half vegetable mixture
- Sprinkle 1 C. cheese on top
- Repeat layers
- Mix soup and water, pour over casserole.
- Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

I am from an Italian background, and my family loves Italian food. I found this recipe & decided to try it for my mom's birthday! It was absolutely the most horrible thing I've ever cooked in my life! Everyone hated it! It taste like hamburger meat & noodles mixed together-no taste at all! I will NEVER make this again! Huge disappointment!
