Quick and easy. I like that it is baked, not fried, and that the sauce does not overpower, but enhances, the great flavor of fresh snapper. Served with fried rice and steamed peas for a quick weeknight dinner. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game.
This turned out wonderfully! The only thing I might change is to increase the ginger just a bit, but I really love ginger! Made for Bargain Basement.
