This is a recipe we found in DH's Muscle & Fitness magazine - it is really terrific and so easy! The kids love it, too.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fish in a small baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon mixture over fish and bake 12 - 15 minutes until fish flakes.
  4. Serve immediately.
