Made this last night- really don't like salmon but dh does so gave it a try. Used frozen salmon from Costco. WOW. sooooooooooo good. Used a bit less oil but was outstanding!!! Coverted me to liking salmon!

This recipe does result in moist, flavorful salmon. I did cut back quite a bit on the salt. I used the specified amount of olive oil and felt that it could easily have been cut in half. Will try it again that way. Thank you for a good dinner.

Great flavour....I omitted the salt and replaced the parsley with cilantro...Opening the foil is a good idea so the fish isn't soggy. Great recipe,Thanx
