Great flavor and so easy. I baked for 15 min. as the fillets were thin. Perfect with grilled vegetables with farro.
First time cooking salmon--or really, any fish that didn't come frozen in a box. This recipe was real easy and DH thought it was really good. I marinated the fish in a glass dish and baked it in that dish covered with foil. When I pulled out my cut from the store I had no idea to expect the skin to still be on the fish. After some googling, I marinated and baked it with the skin on. The skin, after cooked, did not alter the flavor or texture of what I was eating. So if you have never cooked fish before this is a good starter recipe!! We don't really like fish but are trying to add more to our diets and, like I said, this was easy and tasted good. Served with steamed veggies and quinoa.
Excellent recipe. I didn't have any Parsley so at the wife's suggestion I substituted Cilantro. Absolutely delicious and I only marinated for 15 minutes.
The is a fantastic recipe! Very quick and very easy to make. My husband and I were on a full body cleanse when we tried this recipe and this was one of the few recipes I could find that had all of the ingredients we could eat. We both loved it. I did make one alteration however. I did not put any lemon in it as I had just made lemon garlic chicken a couple of nights before. Even without the lemon it tastes fantastic!
Followed the recipe exactly as written with the exception of the lemon juice, I didn't have any so I substituted vinegar (1/2 the amount) and this recipe was really good. DH even liked it and he really doesn't like baked fish. It's a keeper!!!
This turned out perfect for my first time making Salmon.
I loved it. Seemed like too much salt for me so next time I may use 1/2 as much. Added some scallions since I was out of parsley. I know I know big difference. Also was out of lemon juice so used lime. It was still great.
Ok, so I HATE salmon! But I've promised myself that I would keep trying recipes until I found one that allowed me to tolerate this incredibly heart-healthy fish. This is it!!! If you feel like me about salmon you have to try this recipe, and be sure to use fresh garlic and lemon juice because they really counteract the strong taste of the salmon. I didn't have light olive oil so I used 3 tbsp EVOO and 3 tbsp walnut oil, which is also really good for your heart. Thank you so much for sharing!
I made this for the first time last night - for our New Years Eve dinner. Paired with spinach & cheese stuffed portabella mushrooms, stuffed jalapenos, garlic bread & white wine, this made for an excellent dish! The fish was moist, flavorful & absolutely delicious! I especially loved that it was easy to prepare, requiring very little effort. I highly recommend this recipe!
Made 4 fillets, didn't measure
