This was a great recipe! I marinated the fish all day. Placed it in the baking dish before I left for work, covered and refrigerated & cooked covered in the baking dish, eliminating the extra step of pouching the fish. Came out very nice but needed something. The second time I made it, I left out the salt & added 2 tsp of a mix I made for fish. Equal parts turmeric, white pepper, sea salt, cumin, paprika and 1/4 part cayenne pepper. It gave the fish a nice spicy bite.
My family loves cilantro and that's what I decided to use. It turned out perfect! I didn't put the foil on - as I was out.... This is a great recipe! The salmon was tasty and moist. I will be making this again, soon.
We changed this one up a bit and added cilantro in place of basil. It was incredible! Will make it again. Thanks!
Excellent recipe. Used 3 teaspoons of chopped fresh basil instead of the dried. We'll definitely be making this again.
Easy and super delicious. That's it.
Enjoyed by the whole family with rave reviews all the way down to my 10 year old nephew who hates fish! So glad to have discovered this gem! Thank you for sharing!
Loved it! This recipe doesn't need another review but it was so easy and delicious. I will cut back a little on the oil next time, just because I don't think it needs that much but I will be using this recipe a lot. Thank you ngibsonn
Excellent. Great with Alton Brown's baked brown rice and some asparagus roasted at 425 with salt and olive oil. I used fresh dill instead of basil and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing!
WOW! So Easy!!!
very good but needs to be marinated longer.
