OMG - this was awesome. I think too it was a little saltly for my taste so will cut down on that a little, otherwise I wouldn't change a thing. A friend also told me that wild caught salmon is better than farm raised, so that's what I used. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
This was my first time cooking fresh fish, so I was a little nervous. The recipe was super easy to follow and came out great! I used minced garlic from a jar instead of garlic cloves, and still had a great result. Very moist, not a bit greasy. I served steamed vegetables and rice pilaf. Big hit for my family!
Excellent recipe but use fresh herbs, so much better!
I really loved this one. I'm a huge fan of the steaming method of preparing salmon and this one is definitely great! I loved the flavor of the garlic, olive oil and lemon. I cut the olive oil in half and found it was plenty for the marinade. I doubled the garlic and I also only marinated about 40 minutes. Still turned out great and will make it again. Thank you!
Thank you for this simple and tasty recipe. I didn't know how to cook salmon as I never had before so I used your recipe and it came out great. The olive oil really helps the fish stay moist.
I can't believe is taken me so long to write this....hehe!!! The first I cooked thi was eight months ago when I was just starting a my relationship with my boyfriend...he thought it was the best salmon he ever had. Now we're eight months, guess the trick worked...LOL Will be making it again tonight. Thanks
This was delicious and easy to prepare. I added onions and a dash of white wine to the recipe and marinated it for one hour. We will definately be doing this one again!
