this marinade provides alot of flavor but doesn't overpower the fish. my family really enjoys this dish. i modified from a package of salmon filets.

This was good and was so simple to prepare. I subbed sugar for the Splenda, used minced fresh ginger along with a little extra garlic, and let the salmon marinate for 20 minutes or so before placing it in the oven. Thanks for posting!
