This was a guy pleaser, thank goodness after the last new recipe I tried. I did deglaze the browning pan with the chicken broth. Next time I will deglaze with red wine and see how it tastes. Mashed potatoes and broccoli were my sides. I used 1.5 lb and there was good sauce quantity.
This was DELICIOUS and EASY!!! I made very little changes, I seasoned the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also cooked it at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. It was wonderful with creamed potatoes and steamed broccoli:) Will be cooking this again!
This was very good... I did a couple of different things... used garlic beef bouillon instead of chicken broth because I didn't have any and I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Thanks
Very tasty dish to eat and extremely easy to prepare - DH even complimented the chef on this one:) Thanks Cindy for posting - will be making this again in the near future.
This was good. If you like meat dishes using cream of something soups, you'll like this.
Made as directed - cooking time was either way too long or the temp was too high. I think the sauce needs to be doubled. If I make it again I'll double the sauce and reduce the oven temp to 300. I think it will be great then
This was very good! I tripled this recipe for company and it turned out great. The chunks of meat did taste a lot like pot roast and was very tender. I served this over mashed potatoes and sided it with corn and cressent rolls. Fantastic! Excellent reviews from my family. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!
Very simple to make, yummy over noodles! I used a round steak of about 2 lbs, that left a decent amount of the gravy. Just delightful comfort food. Thanks for sharing!
