Comforting rice custard is a nice dessert anytime.
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
- Beat the eggs and milk together.
- Add the rice, sugar, and salt and combine well.
- Pour into casserole dish and set in a pan of hot water in the oven.
- Bake for 1 hour.
This was the perfect recipe to utilize leftover rice. Simplistic in preparation and true comfort food. The recipe is delish on its own, however, next time I may add some cinnamon and raisins. Thank you for sharing.
